Grape pudding is an easy and tasty dessert, excellent in the rich autumn season. The grapes contain precious antioxidants, being extremely healthy for the diet of the big and small alike.
500 g grapes
280 g old
125 ml cream
16 g of gelatin
2 vanilla sugar sachets
Method of preparation
Put the cream with vanilla sugar and 180 g of sugar, then stir for a few minutes. Stop the heat and add 12 g of gelatin soaked in cold water.
Separately, put the grapes in a saucepan, sprinkle the remaining sugar over them and add 8 tablespoons of water. Let it simmer until you get a syrup. Strain it and add the rest of the gelatin (mix until melted).
Pour the syrup into small shapes and allow to cool. Add the sour cream mixture through a sieve, then leave it to cool for 12 hours, then top it up and serve it with the grape grapes wrapped in sugar, set as icing.
Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves, which you place before serving the pudding.
