Stuffed mushrooms are easy to prepare, tasty and full of flavor. They are ideal as appetizers for festive meals.
20 g butter
2 chopped onions
1 clove of garlic
2 chopped nuts
20 g of bread
20 ml chicken soup
20 ml of olive oil
40 g of race
Method of preparation
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop mushrooms. Heat the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms and onion. Heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and leave on fire for 5 minutes. Take the pan from the heat, add the breadcrumbs, parsley and thyme. Turn everything into a blender and add chicken soup and mix well until you get a paste.
Put the mushrooms on a tray. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and then fill with the composition. Sprinkle over grated parmesan and bake for 30 minutes.
