Pasta with olives

The olive paste is a simple preparation to make, perfect for the little snacks. Prepare this pasta at home, without preservatives and serve it with salted biscuits or raw vegetables. This recipe is suitable for children + 1 year old.

Ingredients

100 g kalamata olives, without seeds

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon short capers

1 green living room, chopped up

1 clove of garlic, chopped

Method of preparation

Put the olives, oil, capers, salt and garlic in the blender. Clean the edges with a teaspoon and mix until you get a fine paste. Put the paste in an empty bag and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Serve olive oil with grilled chicken or grilled fish. Olive paste is also suitable for flavoring vegetables.
