Almond cake can be served in the morning for coffee or as a snack, throughout the day.
150 g old
1 envelope vanilla sugar (1 vanilla essence)
125 g fresh butter
125 g flour
125 g almond
Method of preparation
Beat the white foam, then gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar and continue the mixing process. Separately, rub the butter foam, then mix it with the flour and the whites.
Add the almonds cleaned and ground into the composition. Pour the composition into a rectangular tray, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and bake in a suitable fire.
Leave the cake to bake until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Leave the cake to cool, then divide it, as you like, into rhombuses or squares.
