Tabouleh salad is one of the traditional Lebanese salads. Its special taste is given by the two basic ingredients, parsley and couscous.
150 g couscous / bulgur
3-4 green onions
2 parsley ties
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Method of preparation
Put the couscous soaking it in hot water. It should be covered perfectly with hot water, then it will be left to rest for about 5 minutes, until the liquid is completely absorbed.
Pour the oil over the moistened couscous, spoon with the spoon, then undo the couscous beans.
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion and parsley with the parsley.
Add these vegetables over couscous, then match the salad to taste, adding lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix everything well, then serve salad with glue.
