The basic elements of this cure:
The frequency of this treatment is one day a week. The time of year when this cure is made is the end of winter and the beginning of spring, when citrus fruits appear on our markets in large quantities, being the only fresh fruits available.
The duration of the treatment is 24 hours, from 0 to 24 hours. Exceptionally, in people without vitality, but who want to follow this cure, the same amount of juices will be drunk, but in a longer period of time short - from 0 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The recovery is identical to the one described in the black post, and the diet will be as much as possible "cleansed" by the classic food pests.
The ingredients used
Lemons, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines (as chemically untreated) are used.
Honey is used as a sweetener. The flavors of the juices used in these cures come from different substances that are extracted in the preparation process. The citrus fruits have organic acids (which give the sour taste), flavonoids (which give the bitter taste), sugars (which give the sweet taste), etheric oils (which give the spicy-fishy taste) in varying quantities, hence their different taste. The 4 main types of citrus juices
There are four types of juices that can be obtained from citrus fruits, which have different actions and administration. You will choose, depending on the information that will be presented to you, the type of juice most suitable for you and you will set a day of the week to consume only a certain amount of that juice, without any additional additions.
Depending on the taste (which is given by the amount of honey, the type of fruit and the part of the fruit used), the juices can be classified in:
Sweet juices - are obtained mainly from fruit pulp; requires more honey; orange and tangerine are used.
Method of preparation: Peel the fruits. Put the fruit pulp in the blender (if we do not have a blender, we manually squeeze the fruit). Add honey - 6-8 teaspoons to one liter of juice. After mixing, taste the juice to see if it is sufficiently concentrated. If necessary, you can add fruit pulp or honey. The mixture is filtered.
Because the taste of tangerines and oranges is quite poor, the amount of water added to the juice will be at most equal to that of the fruit (or fruit juice, if obtained by manual squeezing).
Sour juices they are also obtained from the fruit pulp; use lemon or grapefruit; less honey is added.

Add honey - 2-3 teaspoons for a liter of juice. Add water. All the components are mixed (mixed). Taste the juice to see if it is sufficiently concentrated. If necessary, you can add fruit pulp or honey, then mix again. The juice is filtered and put in a glass or porcelain jar. The juice is consumed immediately after preparation.
Spicy-astringent juices - are obtained from the pulp and bark of the fruit; any of the citrus fruits can be used; they will have besides the spicy and astringent tastes and the specific taste of the fruit pulp: sweet - orange (secondary, orange also has a sour taste) and tangerine, sour - lemon and grapefruit (secondary, grapfruit also appear bitter, sweet and astringent). To get this juice you need a mixer or blender.
Method of preparation: Peel the fruits. Put the fruit pulp and peel in the mixer. Add honey - 2-3 teaspoons to a liter of juice.
Add water. All the components are mixed (mixed). Taste the juice to see if it is sufficiently concentrated. If necessary, you can add fruit pulp or honey. If no further changes are necessary, the juice is filtered.
Bitter juices - they are obtained from the fruit's pulp and its bark (after having been previously bred); when made by mixing, it retains the aroma of the fruit peel and gives the mixture a slightly aromatic tint; the quantity of honey is in this case decisive for establishing the proportion between the bitter and the sweet taste.
Method of preparation: The fruits are given by grating to remove the layer of plant cells, which contain volatile oil (1-2 mm deep layer). Put the whole fruit with the bark (white bark left after scraping) in the mixer. Add honey - 2-4 teaspoons to one liter of juice, add water, after which all the components are mixed (mixed).
We leave the rind in the juice for 3-6 hours, at room temperature (21 degrees C; if it is warmer, we will leave the juice to macerate in a cooler place, so as not to ferment), in a porcelain jar covered. If we want the juice to come out very bitter, we will allow the mixture to macerate at the maximum time limit; if not, we will slip it faster. The juice is filtered and put in a glass or porcelain jar. It is good that the juice is consumed immediately after filtering.
If we do not have a mixer or blender, we combine the juice obtained by manual squeezing with the honey and the crushed bark with the knife and leave the mixture to macerate. Before filtering, the mixture is shaken vigorously in a tightly closed container.
Sweet juices: fatigue, intellectual fatigue, underweight, drying of the skin, abstinence on the basis of devitalization, states of agitation in children, states of nervousness, irritability (has a comforting effect).
Sour juices: obesity, inadequacy, difficult digestion, gastric burns, weight loss, drowsiness, constipation, cellulite.
Spicy-astringent juices: cystitis, kidney infections, kidney stones, intestinal infections, rot colitis, biliary lithiasis; thrombophlebitis, cardiac ischemia in association with obesity, obesity, poor digestion power, asthenia.
Bitter juices: varicose veins, dermatological disorders, fever, biliary dyskinesia, biliary calculus, liver disease, psoriasis, persistent infections, weakening of the immune system, asthma, frequent colds, sinusitis.
Doses and recommendations specific to each type of juice
Sweet juices: daily dose is 2-3 liters. It is a cure indicated especially for the most sensitive persons, with a low vitality. The juice will be consumed at regular intervals (every 3 to 3 hours). If you are feeling very hungry, you can consume 2-3 oranges in the evening.
Sour juices: daily dose is 2-2.5 liters. They are especially indicated for people with digestive problems, with a more melancholic temperament, with a whimsical appetite. These juices have a very invigorating effect.
Spicy-astringent juices: daily dose is 1-1.5 liters. They are indicated for people with relatively good vitality, with a high appetite for sweets, who often face lethargic states of lethargy.
Bitter juices: daily dose is 3 liters. It is the purest and most intense purification cure. It is indicated for people with a high body mass or good vitality. It helps not only to regulate body mass, but also to eliminate some of the diseases associated with obesity (varicose veins, cardiovascular diseases in general, constipation, etc.).
