The cake with surimi is very satiny and resembles quiche, the traditional salted pie from France.

250 g flour

75 ml of olive oil

200 g surimi

200 g cream

75 g cheese

2 eggs

Method of preparation

Take care of the dough first. So, for the dough, mix the flour with the olive oil, the egg, a pinch of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of hot water and the vinegar and knead the dough for 5 minutes, then give it to the fridge for 30 minutes.

Spread a sheet of dough and place it in a round, greased and tapered shape so that the walls are 2 cm thick.

Beat the cream with eggs, cheese and minced dill and match the taste of salt and pepper and pour over the dough.

Cut the surimi sticks into suitable pieces, which you must place in the shape over the cream mixture. Give everything in the oven for 45 minutes.
