Chicken with sour cream

The creamy chicken is a hearty preparation, which looks a bit like chicken breast.

1 medium chicken (1.2-1.4 kg)

2 strains

1-2 tablespoons oil

1 garlic capitan

500 ml cream

1 tablespoon flour white

Method of preparation

The chicken is washed well, then cut into pieces.

In turn, the onion and garlic are finely chopped. In a frying pan with hot oil heat the onion with the garlic until they turn golden. Later, the chicken pieces are added to them. When ready, add the cream mixed with flour, salt, pepper and chopped green parsley.

Boil for another 5 minutes until thickened slightly.

Serve this food with hot mamaliguta alongside. Optionally, you can choose to add in the cream sauce and hot paprika.
