Cheese macaroons are one of the classic preparations that every housewife in our country must know how to prepare.

1 l milk
50 g butter
60 g flour

2 tablespoons old
Method of preparation
The macaroons are boiled in boiling water with a little salt. Then drain and mix together with the race telemea.

The white sauce is prepared by melting the butter and adding the flour. Stir quickly, incorporating flour in butter and then pour the milk by breaking the flour into milk.
After all the milk has been used, season the sauce with nutmeg, sugar, honey and cinnamon.
Pour the sauce over the macaroons, level and place the dish in the oven already heated, for 20 minutes, until the preparation becomes slightly golden.
Serve hot or cold macaroni, as you prefer.
