Bread soups can be served hot or cold, as you prefer, being an easy to prepare appetizer.
500 g surimi
200 g of bread
Method of preparation
First beat the eggs very well, with salt and pepper.
Separately, in a deep dish put about 200 grams of bread.
You pass the pieces of surimi through the egg, then roll them through the crumb and place them on another plate, until the crumb absorbs the egg well. Proceed in this way until you have finished baking all the wafers.
When you notice that the crumb begins to dry, you give the last wafers of egg and bread crumbs, then fry both sides in hot oil.
Remove surimi on a paper towel to remove excess fat and serve it plain or with lemon.
