2 orange

1 onion

1 green salad (sea)

100 g walnut weighed

Method of preparation

Wash avocado fruits, cut them in half, remove the kernels, then remove the core of the fruit from the peel. Cut avocado cubes into cubes and place in a large bowl.

Clean the oranges, then slice them and add them to the salad. Cut the onion and add it over the other ingredients. Put in the same bowl green salad and mint leaves, then prepare the salad dressing.

Mix the olive oil, orange juice, ginger and salt. Put the dressing over the salad, then sprinkle with the ground nuts.
