Like other aspects of life, health can greatly benefit from our positive thinking. We all know that good health is essential for us to enjoy our lives. Unfortunately, we forget, willingly or inadvertently, that it is also an integral part of well-being.
Think about it.
If you are always sick, depressed or even just sick, you will not be able to enjoy life, and all the goods you accumulate will not be used for anything, because you will not be able to benefit from them. In the same way, it is interesting to note that health often improves significantly as financial distress disappears.
Thinking positive, changing your thinking about things, you will be able to improve your health. You need to analyze with all seriousness what is going on in your life, how it affects your daily burdens and how it affects your health. For example, some people are prone to heartburn, even ulcers, when their financial situation concerns them. Misunderstanding, quarreling, disruption, de-zoicing also have a direct effect on health.
We feel it more often than we realize it: our body is directly influenced by our thoughts and everything that happens around us. Lack of harmony, understanding, can cause disturbances of our health, because it weakens the whole nervous system. We form a whole: our body, mind, soul co-exist in the same body shell; what happens at the level of one of its parts has repercussions on the whole.
We may think that health is independent of prosperity, but it is completely wrong. Health is part of happiness, to the same extent as well-being, interesting work, a beautiful home. It is our priceless good, but it is often the one to which we pay very little attention.
We have the impression that diseases do not depend on us, that we can do nothing to prevent them. Our society is so convinced of this that we leave our health in the hands of others, whether it be doctors, nurses, health personnel, or other therapists.
Careful! I do not try here to minimize the work of these people (often more than extraordinary), but we must recognize what is obvious: our health is first and foremost our responsibility and not that of professionals, no matter how competent they are.
Ever since the miracle drugs appeared, we are almost certain that it is enough to take a pill to be healthy again. Again, I do not dispute the usefulness of drugs. Just think of the antibiotics that save dozens of lives every day. Yes, science does "wonders", but it cannot do them without our participation - yours.

Is our health the responsibility of others?
The problem is that we have come to regard our health, our body, as the responsibility of others. With a pill or an injection. Nature shows us that things do not happen that way. Think for a moment about all the diseases like AIDS, hepatitis, even tuberculosis, which is causing a worsening recrudescence. Of these diseases, some no longer respond to treatments that, until then, had a certain effect - despite the promises made to us and the hopes we have.
In fact, doctors are increasingly demanding the active participation of their patients in the prescribed treatment. Some recommend creative meditation or visualization. Increasingly, the processes used by ancient civilizations are scientifically researched and we return to them. Prayer is in vogue again, after a decline in the modern era. Man becomes aware that he forms a whole, with his emotions and his spirituality.
This has a real importance (and an influence) on our being, on who we are and what we will become, and this is the reason that determines us to study together the means that can help us to be healthy. Of course, there are general tips that, at first glance, may seem simplistic. But if you look at them as much as you can, you will soon understand that all these tips fit into the perspective of positive thinking and help us to transform the attitude we hold towards ourselves.
As I have stated on several occasions, to transform your life it is necessary to make the effort to change your attitude. Your health can be influenced by negative thoughts and uncontrolled emotions; therefore, you are required to make certain structural changes in your attitude, in your own way of thinking. In doing so, you exhort others to change theirs as well.
