Guacamole is a traditional Mexican sauce served with tortilla.
2 avocado fruit
1 chopped onion
1 large tomato
1 hot pepper
4-5 strands of parsley and cilantro
lemon juice or lime
Method of preparation
Clean the avocado fruit, remove the seeds, then mix the pulp with a fork. Sprinkle avocado immediately with lemon juice / lime, so as not to oxidize.
Add the chopped onion, the chopped pepper, the chopped red cubes and the greens. Matches the gravy, adding salt.
Put the sauce in the fridge, at least 30 minutes before serving.
If you want a slightly finer sauce, you can choose to mix all the ingredients with a blender, until you get a creamy composition.
