150 g butter / margarine

90 g old powder

250 g flour

1 yellow

1/2 envelope baking powder

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 salt powder

vanilla

100 g jelly, of your choice

Method of preparation

Mix the yolk with the sugar until you get a foamy composition. Add the butter and continue mixing, then add the essence of vanilla, orange juice and pour and the flour mixed previously with baking powder. Homogenize the dough and form a ball that you put in the refrigerator, about 20 minutes.

Remove the dough from the cold and form balls, the size of a walnut, which you put on a tray lined with baking paper. In the middle of them form some holes, which you fill with your favorite jelly.

Bake the beans at 200 degrees, until they turn golden. Leave the cookies to cool and, if you like, you can powder them with sugar.
