Mushroom shells are served warm, with slices of fresh bread on the side.
1/2 kg boiled shells
100 g butter
250 g mushrooms
1 garlic capitan
1/2 parsley connection
Method of preparation
Cut the fish onions, then put it in butter. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices, then add them onion. Leave it all for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the tomato peels and seeds and add them to the mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and leave to boil for 10 minutes.
Put over the mushroom sauce and boiled mushrooms and leave it on low heat, about 3 minutes.
Serve the shells sprinkled with lemon juice and fresh greenery.
