Potato bread

The potato bread is very satiny and is kept fresh for several days.

300 g white potatoes

330 g flour

260 ml of water (boiled potatoes)

1/2 envelope dry yeast

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon old

2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation

Wash the potatoes very well, then bring to a boil. Leave the potatoes to cool, and in the meantime, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water in which the potatoes are boiled. Mix everything with a little flour and let the mayo rise for 5 minutes.

Clean the potatoes and peel them with a fork. Add salt and flour, then add the remaining water from the potatoes and mayonnaise. Fry a homogeneous dough, which you let rise in a warm place, about 50 minutes.

Place the dough in a large pan and place the bread on a baking sheet, over medium heat (180 degrees), about 45 minutes.

Leave the bread to cool in the pan, then cover it with a clean cotton towel.
