In detail

Ratatouille is the name of a vegetable preparation, taken from French cuisine.

Preparation time

60 minutes

1 medium onion

500 g tomatoes

1 green pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 red pepper

1 vanata

2 pumpkin

1 carrot

2 tablespoons oil

2 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons chopped rosemary

2 teaspoons minced basil

2 teaspoons chopped parsley

1 bay leaf

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Method of preparation

Cut the rounds, then put these fries in a non-stick pan (without oil) and allow them to get a golden color on both sides. Roast the pumpkin in the same way, then chop the onion and tomatoes, garlic, carrot, bell pepper.

Add the onion to the heat, add the carrot and bell pepper and leave to brown for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, then add the greens and bay leaf.

Let the sauce boil for another 5 minutes, after which you can put out the fire. Place the slices of venison and pumpkin in a heat-resistant bowl, alternatively, then cover with the tomato sauce.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serve ratatouille with fresh bread, pasta or rice.
