If in the spring and summer, the fruit-filled and seasonal stalls give us lots of recipe ideas for the whole family, in winter, the preparation of the meal becomes more difficult. Here are some delicious recipes for breakfast so that we meet every day with energy and good mood.

Chives with cream cheese and currants

A simple and very tasty recipe. The classic snacks our parents made us when we were kids become an excellent basis for this breakfast.

Ingredients for 12 servings:

- 12 slices of bread

- 45 grams of soft butter

- one kilogram of frozen currants

- 15 grams of starch from porum

- 250 grams of cream cheese

- 5 eggs

- 375 grams of cream with 10% fat

- 125 grams of sugar

- a teaspoon of vanilla essence

- 500 grams of corn flakes

- optional powdered sugar - for decoration

Preparation instructions:

Grease slices of bread with butter and place 6 of them in a tray, the bottom with butter. Mix the starch with the fruit and spread this mixture over slices of bread. Put a tablespoon of cream cheese over each slice of bread, then add the fruit and place the rest of the slices of bread on top, with the greased side down.

In a bowl, mix well the eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla essence. Pour this composition over slices of bread. Cover with plastic wrap and leave everything in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare everything in the evening, leave the tray in the fridge overnight and in the morning bake.

Remove the plastic foil, spread the crushed corn flakes over them and give the tray a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius. The preparation is ready in 45 minutes.

One serving has 372 calories, 10 grams of protein, 18 grams of fat, 43 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 106 grams of calcium, 3 milligrams of iron.

Almond milk frigates

This is a simple recipe that will be ready in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 4 eggs

- 350 milliliters of almond milk

- a teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- a salt pool

- a wand (or any kind of bread you prefer)

- a tablespoon of butter

- maple syrup or honey

Here's how to prepare this breakfast:

In a bowl mix well the eggs, almond milk, cinnamon and salt. Slice the wand and soak each slice in the respective mixture. Cook the slices of bread over low heat in a pan in which you put the butter beforehand. 2-3 minutes on each side is sufficient, but you can also guide them by their appearance - when they are ready they should be golden to brown.

Slices of bread are served with maple syrup or honey.

One serving has 353 calories, 14 grams of protein, 39 grams of carbohydrates, 16 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber, 3 milligrams of iron.

Egg in "cups" of fried bread

It's a unique recipe due to its presentation. With it you will learn that brick trays can be used for other purposes.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 4 slices of soft bread, toast

- 4 tablespoons of goat cheese

- 4 eggs

- 4 slices of smoked salmon, prosciutto or pressed ham

Instructions for preparation:

For starters, heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Grease four forms of bread crumbs and place each slice of bread following the shape of the butter, the purpose is that in the end the slice of bread will look like a cake.

In each slice of bread lay one tablespoon of goat cheese and one egg. Add a little salt and pepper on top of the egg. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes until the egg is cooked.

Remove the slices of bread from the shapes with a knife and place each of them a slice of salmon, prosciutto or pressed ham.

One serving contains 213 calories, 11 grams of protein, 17 grams of carbohydrates, 11 grams of fat, 1 gram of fiber, 2 milligrams of iron.

Sandwiches with frigates

These sandwiches are easy to prepare and will definitely please the children because they are absolutely delicious.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 8 slices of bread

- 6 tablespoons of fruit jam

- 4 eggs

- 250 milliliters of milk

- one tablespoon of lemon peel given by the fine grater

- a salt pool

- a tablespoon of butter

- maple syrup or honey

Preparation instructions:

Grease slices of bread with jam and place them on top of each other two by two, as in a sandwich. Cut each slice into two or three depending on its size.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, lemon zest and salt. Soak each sandwich in this composition and then fry each in a pan in which you have previously put butter. 2 minutes are sufficient on each side of the sandwich.

Serve these sandwiches with honey or maple syrup.

One serving contains 457 calories, 15 grams of protein, 66 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber, 3 milligrams of iron.

Fried with ham and cheese

During the weekend you can all prepare a fry full of nutrients and very tasty. It is not difficult at all to prepare it and the whole family will definitely appreciate this preparation.

It is prepared in about 15 minutes to which it is added and the 30 minutes it is in the oven, so in 45 minutes it is ready.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 6 eggs

- a tablespoon of dried basil

- 150 grams of cheese given through grinders

- 60 grams of pressed ham, cut into cubes

- a red, cut into cubes

- half red onion, minced

- half of the chili peppers, minced

- half zucchini (or zucchini) chopped

Instructions for preparing this breakfast:

Start by heating the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Mix in a bowl the eggs and basil then add the other ingredients in a row: pepper, cheese, ham, tomato, onion and zucchini. Grease a round tray with sunflower or olive oil and pour the composition into the tray. Using a spatula, evenly distribute the vegetables in the composition, then give the tray to the oven.

In 30 - 35 minutes the fry is ready and only good to eat.

One serving contains 264 calories, 20 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of fat, one gram of fiber, 2 milligrams of iron.
