Make bread

Are you a big vegetable lover and have not tried to cook the eggplant except in salad form? We offer you an interesting recipe, which will serve as inspiration.

Preparation time

2 eggplant



3 eggs

200 g flour

200 g of bread

300 ml sunflower oil, for fries

Method of preparation

Wash the eggplant well, then cut into thin slices, which should not exceed half a centimeter.

Sprinkle salt over slices and leave for a few minutes to drain.

Separately, beat eggs with 4 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper, as in a composition of sketches.

Give the slices of venison through the remaining flour, then by the composition of egg and flour, and finally through the crumb.

Put the eggplant slices to the fry in hot oil.

When they are browned, put these slices on the drain, on kitchen towels.


Serve the eggplant with a little grated cheese on top and tomato salad.
