Nalangate - an old recipe, which we find most often in the Dobrogea area.
300 g of yogurt
2 tablespoons old
12 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
powdered sugar (for ornate)
200 ml oil (fried)
Method of preparation
Mix the yogurt with the sugar and the eggs, add the dried bicarbonate with lemon juice, then put the flour in the rain and mix well, so that it does not remain coconut. You have to get a little thicker dough than pancakes.
In a frying pan with hot oil give way to the small donuts taken with the spoon of the prepared composition. Cook them well on both sides, then remove them on absorbent kitchen towels to remove excess oil.
At the end you can powder the nalangatas with powdered sugar or anoint them with your favorite sweet.
You can put different flavors in the composition of nalangate, such as lemon peel or vanilla essence.
